Who it's for

Anyone who leads, or soon will: in a church, a business, a ministry, a classroom or a home. This part looks at the leader rather than the job, so it suits a new leader and a seasoned one alike, and no management background is needed. It is meant to be worked, not skimmed. The reflection questions ask honest things about your own character, and keeping a journal helps. Ken puts the inner life first on purpose, so this is the natural place to begin, though each part stands on its own and the three can be taken in any order.
