Who it's for
Anyone whose leadership happens through other people: team leaders, mentors, pastors, coaches and parents. Where Part One looks inward and Part Two looks at the work, this part looks at the people around you: the ones who need encouraging, the ones who need a hard word, and the ones whose trust you have to earn. Every module asks you to think about a real person in your life, so you will get the most from it if you come with names in mind. At six modules it is the shortest of the three, and like the others it stands on its own.
